Return & Refund Policy

At Funny Cat Store, all of our products are custom made for each order. We offer returns and exchanges on our products but every request will be handled on a case-by-case basis. At the end of the day, we are committed to ensuring every customer is happy with their purchase from the Funny Cat Store.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges for new and unused items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled (e.g., wrong size, color, or product).

  • Return Window: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • How to Request: Contact us by email at support@funnycatstore.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

  • Return Shipping: If the issue is due to our error, we will cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost. In rare cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer (especially in the case of buyers remorse).

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for incorrect or damaged items that are new and unused.

  • Process: Once we confirm the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchanges for Size/Color

  • We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Because our products are made to order, we do not typically offer exchanges for size or color preferences unless the product was mislabelled or incorrectly made.

  • For mislabelled or incorrect items, contact support@funnycatstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
